Practise customer conversations

  • Welcome a customer and explain how to order.
  • Confirm an unclear order without guessing.
  • Explain the loyalty reward and qualifying purchases.
  • Offer a short, optional invitation to join.
  • Practise asking a shift leader to review an exception.

Practise authorised checkout

  • Verify a qualifying purchase before approving a stamp.
  • Scan the customer’s current card code.
  • Read the result and confirm that the action succeeded.
  • Distinguish adding a stamp from redeeming an earned reward.
  • Explain what to do if the code expires or the customer has the wrong business card.

End-of-shift check-in

  • Ask what felt clear and what needs another demonstration.
  • Give one specific piece of positive feedback.
  • Choose one action to practise on the next shift.
